Once work began, they discovered additional foundation exits that couldn’t have been identified beforehand due to access limitations. Instead of glossing over it, they clearly explained the situation, the code requirements, and exactly why the scope needed to change. They worked directly with the inspector to minimize what was required, which ultimately kept our costs lower than they could have been. Communication throughout the process was clear, detailed, and honest. No surprises, no pressure, just facts and solutions. Even with complications like roots preventing trenchless work in one section, they handled everything efficiently and thoughtfully, including concrete restoration. These guys were AWESOME. I can't say enough about All Bay Sewer and their work. We had a sewer lateral repair for our home in Marin and they did an excellent job. They were professional, communicated clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with their work, taking the time to show me the repair areas and explaining the details. They have excellent relationships with the local folks that need to approve repairs from the town/city/county side which makes the job faster and helps to ensure it is done right the first time. They also happened to be the most competitive quote and finished earlier than expected.
